what you can do, so you will not lose your informanciΓ³n download the Microsoft program: microsoft my phone, it's free and you can configure everything you want like save your contacts, photos, messages, etc.. and so every time you do a soft reset or hard reset your phone you can recover all your data that it's going to be saved and safe in this application

lo que puedes hacer, para que no pierdas tu informanciΓ³n, descarga el programa microsoft my phone, tambien es gratis y alli configura todo lo que quieres guardar desde contacos, fotos mensajes, etc. y asi cada vez que hagas un soft reset o un hard reset en tu phone puedes recuperar todos tus datos que van a estar guardados y seguro en esta aplicacion

don't use this! it works but its a regitstry destroyer ,can't uninstall it ,hd2 ,I seem to b doing a lot of hardresset cuz of omarkets apps I'm gonna uninstall there's nout stable on this site.

Softreset is like turning your phone off and back on. It will not delete anything.

Tested out app and now Im not able to uninstall it. I did remove it from fhe phone but it is active stilland do not know what to do...
