I don't know if it is a settng or just my install but I can put any letters down and it will count as a word. I was hoping there was a way to valid the human turns.

it makes a folder called games after u download n install that's where it is

u click download then it will take u 2 a site then u will see many files 2 choose from...pick the .cab one then after its downloaded it will install say yes to everything that pops up n there u go u have it :)

Cant find a file type that works. The cab file loads an exe file and the exe file doesnt work.

Um otimo programa, muito bem feito. Unico problema é que ele aceita qualquer palavra, mesmo que não existe no banco de dados. Existe uma opção que ele avisa que essa palavra não é conhecida e pergunta se voce quer utilizar mesmo assim. Por isso dei nota 3

i love this game works almost perfrect..only down side is and amount of words save and since im from the UK theres some spelling quirks.. eg colour and color.lol other than that a grt game.

works and plays great for a simple software. but the edit colors save after closing and opening again which is a bummer

Does anyone have any problems with saving games on Xwords, I got the exe file and just put that in a folder on my windows mobile 2003 there wasn't any installation, and I tried saving a game by going to new game and then writing in a name for the game and then done and it named it but when I went to exit and then back to the game it had the new game dialog and when I went to saved games there weren't any. Can anyone tell me why it's not saving please?

Excellent program with good options. Go to the website mentioned in the readme.txt (from the .zip) for a better dictionary for the game (also has multiple other languages to use and the ability to add your own) since the basic one supplied is way to basic.

I installed this successfully on my WM 6.1 XV6800, and it seems to work. However, be advised that Sourceforge offers an exe version and a zip version. The exe version is missing the dictionary file and the link suggested to get it when you run the program on your PPC is broken. Also, Sourceforge claims the exe is a Windows 32 bit file. it is not. It is the actual PPC file. Your best bet is to download the zip file and extract that. The zip file works fine.
