It's called WET Add-Ons or the Windows Explorer Toolbar Add-ons. These are buttons which will allow you to open target Smartphone folder from within Explorer (not IE). Once configured, all Windows folders will show the hotlinks. You click the links for easy access.

- Delete entire contents of C:\Program Files\GPC\Shell Open Mobile plus the Windows Explorer toolbar links.
 
2. How come you only have two folder links?
- I can work on other folder links should there be a demand.
 
3. Will it survive a restart?
- Yes.
