VisualGPSce is a free PocketPC application that displays GPS data graphically as well as record the raw GPS data (NMEA 0813) to a file. Other features include satellite azimuth/elevation, GPS signal quality, analog gauges and statistical position averaging. VisualGPSce has been tested on the following devices:
- iPAQ Pocket PC H3835.
- iPAQ Pocket PC H5455.
- Mio 168.
- Dell x51v.
- Siemens SX66.
Update Description:
v1.2.106:
- Added scalable SNR plots. Plots can auto track SNR or the maximum and minimum values can be set.
- Increased receive buffers.
v1.00.3:
- On some units, the serial port enumeration could not find some bluetooth ports. This version has "forceable" comm-ports (SER1 to SER32).
v1.00.2:
- Modified installation to reset the serial port and baud to port 1 and 4800 baud. This is due to the application acting strange or locking up when the serial port is set to a non-GPS device on certain models of PPC and hardware configurations.
v1.00.1:
- Added enumerated serial port list in the serial port dialog.
- Added application install.
- Added disclaimer splash.
- Fixed various bugs.
v0.10:
- Enabled the DTR line - Some GPS receivers use this line to enable the receiver.
