not a bad app, very useful most of the timed, but every now and than the formatting and navigation have some heavy problems

Thank you Gerry for letting us know on the stupidity and uselessness of this application. I think it is just a Spyware. For those that are interested in the official mobile version of Wikipedia, the site is http://mobile.wikipedia.org

Jeroen, Wapedia is a commercial site through which you can access Wikipedia's database indirectly, but direct mobile access to Wikipedia is faster and without the ads: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/

First of all, why would anyone need a mobile app for Wikipedia, especially one that makes the searches more complicated? Wikipedia already offers a mobile site at http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/::Home Besides, you still have to be connected to access Wikipedia via Upvise, anyway. Secondly, this app is incorrectly listed as a Wikipedia app, but in reality it's a shell program with other functions. Thirdly, this is only a demo version, as you'll find out when you run it. Fourth and finally, your personal info is stored on their servers.
