great program....i can always keep an xml file on my storage card in case something happens. you can just re install it and you can get all your contacts back from whenever you backed them up. too bad it doesnt have a feature where it will automatically add a new contact entry or modification to the xml file you have already saved......

does it work to back up contact ringers? i am sick of having to go and reassign them after i have to hard reset. if not can someone suggest a program that does?

HTC Mogul backed up to XML file. 420K Cannot restore. click restore I see 420K file no button to restore ? No Manual ... cannot recommend.
