TodayXLive is a today screen plug-in look like windows phone 7.

HOT TO INSTALL - download and install the .CAB file, then go to Settings -> Today and disable all the other home screen plugins and enable the TodayXLive plugin. Then restart if necessary !

Notes:
I'd recommend all today items to be disabled first, not needed, but saves battery and memory.

This program is provided as is. It should not harm you device, but I recommend you to create a backup, before you start.

for people having trouble on hd2, it must be install on the phone, not sd card. then go to home screen options, select today x live. works good, but need more work. no HTC sense links or shortcuts work. only plain, boring Windows.
