5000+ Downloads ? I am shocked. This was a very basic attempt to code for the PPC (obviously) using an IDE, then I didn't like having to include whatever interpreter came with it and put it aside hoping to gather the knowledge to make it run straight on WM (and then add all the niceties). Then life got in the way. P: @Ricardo Cabeza: IF you don't wear a watch, AND you keep your mobile at the belt, AND you always use headphones, AND your phone has my same holster, then with 2 keypresses you can know the time with minimal effort. ;| @Vegetoast: I think you may be trying to assign setup.exe instead of vasquez.exe to your button. I didn't submit this and wouldn't have released it outside xda forums in its current state. But hey it's freeware, I suppose it's not up to me to say. --Cheerio
Not bad, but it takes a little long to start up, and the default wav files for the numbers are way too quiet.
Nope, didn't like it. Could not attach any buttons no matter what I tried. Gave up & deleted.
I like the idea. no need to get the phone out of my pocket anymore just give it a squeeze and the time is spoken. But a couple of problems: I cant get it to work off a button because its a stand alone app and not installed to windows. And its not very loud. My two cents: Would be a good idea to be able to make the app activate while the phone is locked and not turn on the screen and keep the phone locked. and of course make it louder. Great idea.. I hope degritxda does more work to his app.
Interesting application and works for my Samsung i900 handset. Yet it pronounces 12:09 PM as 12 - 9 - AM !
dumbest app ever
@Ricardo Cabeza: LOL you got a point there
UHH......I can read so why would I or anyone else?need this. I have MS Voice Command and never use that one. Very Lame!
Works fine on my x51v, and no special installation procedures or NET CF are required. The download link is to a forum posting, however, so you'll need to register to download the app.
