SmartOrganizer is a collection of tools for Pocket PC/SmartPhone(with touch screen). It helps you to easily organize your tasks, schedule, shopping list, inventory, packing list, recipes and plan meals. Learn how to use it from our "How Do I?" video tutorial.
Key features:
- Comprehensive task list allow you to view tasks/appointments grouped by due date in one view
- User can setup patterns for re-occurring tasks/events. The application will automatically calculate the next due date
- User can load task list to Daily Scheduler for easy scheduling
- User can create a master packing list and generate packing lists from it
- Food Inventory and Inventory Manager has a visual view of your inventory (food, household, etc.).
- Generate Shopping List from Inventory Manager and update Inventory List from Shopping List. Version 3.3 just added store and price.
- Recipe Box allow you to manage recipes on your device.
- Meal Planner allow you to view recipes, check inventory and update the Inventory List for creating shopping list for your meal later.
- Pre-defined Packing Master List and Inventory List for your convenience.
- Added outlook synchronization in daily scheduler for device running Windows Mobile 5 and above
- Allow user to enter date/time when creating a new item in daily scheduler
- Added store and price entries in inventory and shopping lists. The application records up to 5 entries for each item.
- Display all occurrences in a recurring task/appointment instead of the just the first one
- Fixed the sync issue between task list and daily scheduler
- Fixed many bugs with display and copy/paste item in daily scheduler
- Fixed issue with task notification
- Fixed issue with DateTime picker in task list

great program... I would love to see prices for the shoppin list. although I love it, I have to use other program to budget my shopping list. Are there any plans to add pricing to the program?

Great effort guys but I think there might be a tiny bug in the application. When i make a shopping list and then try to delete items from it later on, they keep appearing again when i reopen the application or refresh it.

too bad, program terminates every time new tasks/schedule/list is created. Error message appears abruptly but not long enough to be read completely.

Andrew, this application only works on windows mobile device with touch screen. It will throw "NotSupported" exception when running on non-touch screen device.

I am trying to use your program on my Blackjack with a Windows Mobile 6.1, and versions 2 and 3.5 of .net, but I get an "Application exception - NotSupportedException" error. Did I forget to install something?

Nick, have you tried our latest version(3.2)? We have updated all the images to highter resolution. Please let us know if they still look bad. We always welcome feedback from users. In fact, all the changes in this new release came from our users' suggestion.

I agree with Fernando, graphically this program looks really bad. I have a TP2 with 800 x 480 and the program clearly isn't made for a screen of that resolution. I just didn't find the program enjoyable to use because of this. Also, the program tries to be all things to all people and so it doesn't seem to do any one thing particularly well. On the other hand the developer has a very good timer (with lap function) that I use all the time and looks good in my devices native resolution.

Good idea, but crashes whenever I try to add items to the 'packing list'. Also the icons are terribly pixelated on larger screens.

Nice app. The shopping list price addition is very good but would be much more useful with a running list total that is always visible.
