Shp Notepad is a simple to use text editor for Windows Mobile devices. There's not much more to say than that. It currently includes almost all features supported in the full Windows Version of Notepad, and a couple more: File Menu: New, Open, Save, Save As, Last 4 opened files on File menu under "Recent" Edit Menu: Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, Find..., Replace, Select All, Insert Time/Date Format Menu: Change Font, Word Wrap

What, *another* Notepad program? They seem to be coming out of the woodwork lately. ;-) This one is no match for Notepad Mobile or PocketNotepad, at least so far. Think I'll pass on it until it has been developed a bit further, because even though the recently open files are recorded in the registry, the format preferences are not, so the user has to waste time setting them up again each time the editor is launched. You can't associate .txt files with this app, either. The highlighting of unsaved files in red is a nice touch, however.
