Updated version 0.4.2 ready for download

SecondToday helps you better organize your today screen estate. While running it creates a second today screen space where you can place more today plugins. You can also hide your Command bar and enlarge the tray icons so they get easy to tap with a finger.

Usage: Download and install the CAB file and then run the application, when the new home screen pops tap and hold on the FREE space to get the settings dialog. To switch back to the original display you must start the SecondToday application again, It acts like a switch to rotate the home screens. The best way to operate is to map a hardware key so you can switch the displays easily.

its useless, used id for HTC touch pro and did not work, got crash with original today,asking for error report 1000x Finnally uninstall it

ok so after install go to /Programs and there should be a new folder named SecondToday, inside you will find a simple app which when executer will change between the first and the second today screen. there is also a settings app which will help you configure which plugins to be shown at your today screen

can't get the touchflo 3d to work on 2nd today screen. I have a diamond. anyone else have this problem?

Didn't work right on my XV6900. Showed ONLY the SecondToday screen - took over the entire screen!

Installed this on an HTC Tilt/Kaiser (whatever they're calling it now) running on AT+T...works like a champ. I've had only one small issue: the Skyfire today plug-in doesn't work on the alternate screen but does on the main today screen. Other than that, no complaints. System speed seems unaffected. I've used it to keep calendar/contacts/e-mail on one screen and all my toys (GPS, weather, etc...) on another.

Extremely useful plugin for if you're HTC TouchFLO. Works great for me, no idea what people are complaining about here.

Decent program, shitty setup though: you'll need a registry editor restore your link to Contacts app after uninstalling this app...

Curehaven there is a different use too. HTC devices (esp. with the new TouchFlo3D) have very nice front-end but less functionality than a real today screen. With this, you have both. Will... you need to buy a real WM device. That is your problem.

this crappy application screw up my today screen on my treo700wx. DO NOT INSTALL THIS PROGRAM. I lost some of the main features on my today screen and ms sync no longer works. i uninstall and install many times and it is still screw up.

Well, I can really see only 2 uses for this program. Home/Work. You got a nudie pic of some chick you downloaded from some seedy website but lie to your friends that you once had an encounter with all night long - on one screen, and your company logo on the other! Work mode/Play Mode. Nice concept though.
