PubMed on Tap is an application for PDAs that retrieves MEDLINE® citations directly from the PDA through a wireless connection to the Internet. PubMed on Tap features include:
- Several PubMed search limits.
- A history of previous queries.
- The ability to email citations or save them to the Memo Pad.
- A clustered results option.
- And link-out to full-text Web sites. Update Description:
v1.6:
- The full text link-out icon is green for free full text links.
- Error messages are more meaningful. v1.5:
- When PMoT is started, the Search and Profile settings are set from your last search.
- There is an option to cluster results by clinical relevance recommended in Evidence Based medicine.
- The Search tab defaults to 50 results. 20 and 40 results are also available if you need quicker response times.
