PocketHT is a Home Teaching Tracker. If you do not recognize the term Home Teaching, then this program will be of little use to you. This program will help you track your home teaching visits. Simply add a family on the Family tab, add family members if you wish. Then record when you make your monthly visit to the family. You can use the Members Tab to track birthdays and callings. At the end of the month, when you need to report your hometeaching, you can do so with confidence and accuracy. Home Teaching is an important calling. This program can help you keep better records of your visits. There is a reminder on each page that tells you when you last visited each family. Instructions: 1. Locate the cab file needed for your device. My device is an iPaq 1945, so I use the ARM cab file. 2. Copy the appropriate cab file to your device. 3. Using the File Explorer, navigate to the directory which contains the cab file and tap on the file. The cab file will install the program into Program Files\PocketHT directory. There is a sample data file included in the distribution. It must be found in the Program Files\PocketHT directory. If the program does not find the datafile, it will create a short sample file and ask you to reload the program. The executable is about 700k, large for a PDA program. The graphical buttons and title bar added to the size, but they help to dress it up a bit. So many of the programs today look so plain and boring. The executable file (PocketHT.exe) can be located anywhere on your device (card, main memory, File Storage). I keep my Exe file on my card. This program can be used for Visiting Teaching right out of the box. If I get some email requests, I can modify the graphics and name of the program (make it more girly) to make a version for Visit Teaching. This program is provided free of charge.
