Error on start Impossible to delete

this app has potential but needs work. it needs to be finger friendly, easier to edit and the fields shouldn't overlap.

hd2 downloaded and couldn't uninstall had to go through registry. also appears to have downloaded a license manager as well. hope I didn't buy someone a gift.
