its really nice
it is a great application
I agree whole-heartedly with you on that issue, Kirk.
Why use Windows Moble? - It's Windows, you know how to use it - More apps probably than any other platform - Tightest integration with your Windows computer and MS Office - Removable battery and storage, i.e. iPhone - enternally useful Copy and Paste not an afterthought, i.e. iPhone - High resolution screens, 480 X 800 pixels, available - Frequently upgradable OS, WM 6.5 now, WM 7 soon - UIs like SPT Moblie and Touch Flo - .NET Framework support, largest development platform Many more reasons to use Windows Mobile, too bad the cell companies don't promote the platform.
so, you have App2Date Support? This is really nice! You should write it here as a feature ... I think there are a lot of app2date users out there ;) keep up this great app!
lol, people still use Windows Mobile :p
People still use ICQ WOW! Wonder if I can find my old ICQ number
Hey, Kai, we are working on that. :)
also,@ roflol, pigeons were once used as messengers that's why some im apps might use the name >.> who's teh nub now. i'd still rather use palringo though.
meh, i'd rather use palringo. has msn, yahoo, aim, gtalk, jabber, facebook all in one...
No, sadly, it doesn't
hello! could you help me out and tell me if this supports the invisible status with gtalk account? tks a lot
Nice design! Unfortunately it doesn't support SSL connect to a jabber server at port 5223.
Ahh, yes... I just forgot to write PIGEON! IS BEING OPTIMIZED FOR MSN!!!
I love this app! A nice fingerfriedly Jabber Client and i will use it! :) Maybe you could Yahoo and MSN Support? ;) @name stealing: who cares? In my opinion the app should be rated and not the name. And btw, gaim (the previous name of pidgin) was a stealing of aim ... :p
First of all, you, people, who insist we have stolen this name, remember: none of us has ever used Pidgin and we did not had in mind to steal even a slight bit of its popularity. Secondly, those who think this is simple: you must be an exceptionally talented programmers if you say that. Why don't you write your IM client and invent an original name that would not resemble ANY of the existing ones?
how do i add my yahoo im on this?
Nice little IM app! I like it quite a bit better than OctroTalk, which I was using before. As far as the name "stealing" goes, I think it's clever. Pidgin is a clever name that brings a homophone (pigeon) for a mascot/logo, but is apt for a multi-protocol IM app because it refers to a mixing of languages. "Pigeon!" is alluding to Pidgin, but emphatically insisting that it's different (after all, it speaks less "languages").
Finally it will be my chat client now ! Previously i was using Octrotalk but this one is nice...work very well...
