Didn't need even a single reset in my Touch (Sprint). Excellent program! Does just what it says.

Works after two soft resets. You'll have to do a soft reset every time you want to change the name to something else. Good program though, I love it. Thank!

Doug..maybe the slie 2 unlock interferes with it because mine works perfect and instead of sprint pcs on the home screen it says mimiz mogul..great software

basically worked on the slide 2 unlock screen, and phone pad screen, it didnt personalize the htc home screen as in the picture above circled in red on my 6800 mogul, its still says sprint pcs. no biggie!!!! decent program.
