New version 1.1 released !

What is new and what is fixed:
- Display backlight improved for various devices (again:) )
- Backlight % formula corrected
- Improved balance checking - option for preventing WM from default notification balloon & sound added (default ON)
- Any volume statuses can not we calculated as You wish. I mean not only "megabytes", but bytes/kb/mb/gb and anything You want.
But I haven't implemented this in GUI, this can be changed only though config.xml for now
- Cab installation fixed - plug-in now appear at today screen immediately after installation, no soft-reset or anything else needed

WM today status screen plug-in, displays system parameters statuses: battery, memory, storage etc. Status displayed as PNG alpha-blended icon with text status, plug-in is fully customizable: two icons sizes, optional progress bars, all statuses are selected individually, allows reorder. Some options as display backlight brightness are device-specific, visit program website to find supported device or request Your device support. It contains customizable set of status icons:
  • Battery - Shows current power % and AC/Line mode, opens system Battery page on tap
  • ROM - Shows available ROM, opens system Memory page on tap
  • RAM - Shows available RAM, opens system Task Manager
  • SD/CF card - Shows available SD memory, opens card root directory
  • Display backlight brightness - Shows current level of display backlight (shows value depending on AC/Line mode), on tap opens device-specific backlight manager
  • Balance - Shows current SIM-card balance, query and reply parsing options are customized in plugin settings. On tap proceeds immediate query

    Works fine on my verizon 6800 phone with some minor quirks. The icon for backlighting does not bring up the back lighting control like I think it is supposed to, but I just turned that Icon off in the options setup. The rest give quick visual reads of their status. Max

    Battery meter shows 0.0 on a fully charged battery. Did reset, still doesn't work. I'm using AT&T Tilt with updated bios.

    It initially didn't seem like it was working on my HTC 8925 Clap. I did a soft reset and it launched right under HTC home customer after the soft reset. I really wish the battery status icon worked instead of giving o.o.o and this would get 5 stars for sure.

    to change icons or add/remove things just do this. Start>Settings>Today>Items Scroll down till you find the one labeled PDA Status and click on it. On the right hand side you'll see a options menu. Click options and you'll have all your settings are in there. Clap I also forgot to mention did you check PDA Status in that start menu to be enabled?

    Program website contains vrsion 1.01 with minor fixes: - "Battery" status wrong percentage at some devices (HTC Kaiser, possibly some other) - "Default" device for backlight fixed, now backlight should work at last at most HTC devices

    I found some people installed plug-in to the SD-card. That's was the main problem at one Qtek s200 & one Eten x500, I mean "today" plug-in can't work from SD-card! Please, install it to the device ROm memory - it must work at all devices

Statuses changes are queried by shell (mean plug-in is asked by system to update info about ince per 1-2 seconds), most time no updates applied. And USSD query is send only with "Balance" status turned on and only ones per hour (default)
