Pocket Amortization is a simple loan amortization application. Calculate car notes, mortgages, etc. that also shows the loan schedule. This version has more eye candy with a selector like an iphone selector. Absolutely the 'Best' amortization application for the PocketPc.

The iphone selector is only for the interest and length of the loan. This version also, has a help for the loan schedule. Just click in the text box and the iphone style selector appears. This application was the FIRST to re-use the iPhone selector for Pocket PCs.

Changed Icon, so that it is visibile if the background is set to black.

Increased performance for very fast calculations.

Works well on my Sprint's Touch Pro2. Very simple interface. Wish for accounting functionalities as others have suggested. Only small problem is the app's icon is low resolution, i.e., the icon is for QVGA screens so it appears blurry on my WVGA screen. Thank you so much for this app.

i have htc touch pro 2 and this app works perfect. tells you everything you need to know about car payments, mortgages, etc before you sign anything!

Have been using it for quite a while on Touch Pro 2 already. - Nice, easy and easy calculator. - Will gladly pay for some extra functions like Accrual of extra voluntary payments: i.e: Extra amount Term to be reduced to:....months Savings amount due as result of extras. Correction, Iphone selector works for Years and Interest rate only, not the Loan Amount.
