is work in win xp ,but is not work in win 7 for me ,can you help me ?
See this link : http://www.inspectmygadget.com/2007/11/20/windows-mobile-network-folder-plugin-v10/
Excellent just set this up on my htc Diamond2 just to note reboot after install a folder called network is created in my device dir,Application installs to windows directory(pain)get to it with file explorer run it map network folders and they will appear in network folder mentioned above. Superb plays avi and music photo straight of my media file server awesome htc rocks and kicks the iphones arse
Cool going to try it.
If you can't see any icon, you can find windows dir. and you must reset your smartphone.
HTC HD2 - No icon in programs but the app is located in the device windows directory - 'networkplugin' Still trying to map a drive....
I used to love it, but it doesnt work on my new ROM :( Hoping to find a newer version that works with HTC Sense 2.5.19214010 or later. It worked till HTC Sense 2.5.19211619 and got integrated in the TF3D Settings menu itself.
This is rubbish. 1). Doesn't appear as an icon in programs so have to hunt for it. 2). Doesn't recognize Linux served Samba disks which are fully recognised by XP, W2K, Vista etc. Windows disks are OK though. 3). The camera lost the ability to store any photos on the SD card and lost the option to store pictures on SD card as well but did gain the supposed ability to store on the network ut couldn't as it was Linux/Samba. So not much good really.
i cant find the icon anywhere after installation, im using samsung b7330 winmo 6.5 help anyone?
seems to work great on my htc touch 2 wm 6.5
Seem to work fine but I had to look for the application in the Windows folder after installation, since it didn't appeared on the programs folder, then I copied to the applications folder so now I can see it. With Browse option I was able to connect to a Western Digital 1 Tera network disk (and map it) I have at home, I had to input user and password, after that in the explorer I can see a Network folder that contains this mapping, I can play WM files on it, is cool! I have a Samsung Omnia i900
I see it is pointless to ask a question here since it never gets answered. Also, this website doesn't seem to provide a link to the author's homepage for more info on the app. Very strange. Maybe there is no website for this app. It's unfortunate because the app isn't working for me and there is no way to get any help.
It works great. However, on my xperia when I map to network shares I can play and use files etc. But I find that if I try to use the mapped drives later they seem to have been disconnected somehow and I have to reconnect them.
super thanks. I'm going to try it
