no program ppl, just select extract on the zip, then set the extract destination as 'device-program files-windows media player' then open the player and in options chage the skin

make a folder in device memory name it skins paste all skins in that and install it all skins will work

copy the poorlyduck folder to your HTC touches folder \programfiles\windows media player\ then go into your wmp options select skins

it work great in my htc touch..just extract the files on your pc..folder poorlyduck will appear copy and paste on your mobile in /program files/windows media player/..ok..now take your mobile,play the songs you want,wmp will appear,see the menu,below your screen...select the menu/option/skins..now it searching the skins..there u go!!
