Nice Idea. Can you extend the functionality to save profiles including Bluetooth settings (on or off) , sound volume based on locations and accordingly inc/dec the volume and on/off the bluetooth whenever a saved location is encountered?
gud one
Step 6: in "menu" there's no "save location". Instead, u must press "exit" (!). Then a message appears "location saved". Otherwise nice app. can the location setting be manual instead of auto checking every X time?
Option of "Save Location Mode" does not appear in Omnia 2. Omnia 2 only shows "Stopped" and "About". Not able to check if it working or not
what error u get on hd2?
it doesnt work onmy hd2
Nice to see comments... well as fendee1 said it is a device volume switcher it adjusts your phones volume based upon your setting for that location. you can set the time interval after which it starts and checks for the location. for example you are travelling u may set a bigger interval. Also right now the volume level is changed but is not reflected on the taskbar volume icon.
sAweet i saw the other OS had a similar app.. I whish i could see & or set locations. Is there a radiouse on location.... i work by main mall so this could be anoying? Hope to see more features....
This application does not work on the HTC Touch Pro
hope to implement a backup/restore function
this is not like other location aware apps, aka maps like google maps that track or follow your whereabouts from place to place. i think it lowers your phone volume based on your gsm location.
I have no idea as to what this app is intended to do. Some peculiar type of navigation? No much use to me, and it only works on GSM devices, not on "most Windows mobile devices" as stated above.
