I got this utility preinstalled in my HTC... Of course it is better than nothing in PPC (or original task "manager"), but there are at least 2 much better managers: - pBar and Magic button. I found in HTC manager I cannot change running app in 1-2 steps. Just close (minimize) one by one and then to choose one I want to use via HTC task bar menu...that is not very good way...

I found the solution, all you have to do is install it to your Device instead of installing it to the storage card. After it's installed, your phone will be restarted and you should be good to go
