in responce to switchin off the sound. go to the PHONES key pad settings select pda media keypad underneath there should be settings then u`ll see the sound settings tab and change it there. i hope my explanation helps as i am translating from russian to english

this says that my phone doesn't have something to run this app. but its a brand new htc touch running windows 6. anyone know what might be causing this????

This keyboard works perfect with HTC touch. For the people having trouble with the size their is a keyboard icon at the upper very left corner which will make the keyboard automatically turn itself sideways for the full keyboard. Just download to pc first and when you sync your HTC to pc it does the rest for you. Easiest thing i have done yet for the HTC. Awesome keyboard. Thanks to so much to the distributor.

Something must not have gone right. Installed it on iMate Jam and it looks just like the regular standard keyboard. Maybe it's not supported who knows.

To those who are asking...You Have to have activesync and must hook up your phone to your pc and download this product to your pc and it automatically downloads it to your phone through active sync.
