FloatMe. What does it do? Well, it changes the foreground window style (WS_STYLE) to something floating - see screenshots

The windows can be moved and scaled; the [X] CLOSES the application (do NOT try closing the "Programs" window, or your CE shell will reboot)

The resized window can have its original style restored WITHOUT resizing of the window - you can obtain something like above. In order to restore - run FloatMe again.

works nicely but major problem is that when you switch to another window and then back it restores itself over entire screen! that's so annoying Can someone tell me how to stop autoresizing windows (there must be something in registry) when you activate it. Yes even if you just toggle default bult in sip keyboard it resizes your window!

Good little application. Only missing feature is window skinning (just with some colors would be fine) and button skinning.
