i've been trying to register for 3 days. i've gone to their website and its lookout, however you cant even download lookout for windows mobile anymore and i had to do a hard reset the other day and can not get my contacts back. and this app doesnt let you register "can not connect to data" error. dont get this one...

I am unsure yet how well this works, however, to those who believe that there are no viruses out there for WM, you are very sadly mistaken. I myself was victim to such, I had download a software package that seemingly was a game. It played well for about 2 weeks, after which Sprint called me up (my provider) wondering why my data usage had more than quadrupled in the past 2 weeks. With a representative, we found that the software had begun copying everything of my phone to some overseas servers, including my texts, and emails. On top of that, it was also using a keylogger to send everything I key in on the phone to them. When we attempted to remove the software, it had somehow caused the start of a program that immediately wiped out my windows folder, and deleting all of my storage files. This caused the phone to be unusable until the sytem was reset to factory defaults. Thinking, because I ran regular backups that this data was all safe, come to find out the software had also be corrupting the data before it actually backed up. Thus I lost everything. So to those who think there are no virus you are very ignorant, and need to get educated and quickly.

i use htc hd2 and this app stopped incoming messages as well as changing the name of installed software and didn't work.
