Downloaded this as one of the first programmes when I got my HTC Touch HD. Worked brilliantly the first night of using it, but after that it kind of changed on me. In the top bar where yours and your friend's profile pix are there's a 'fim' box. On the first night, if I tapped this, it would open up a Facebook page of notifications, status updates, etc. which I could use to make comments (at least I'm sure I didn't dream it!). Now it's just details of the developer and a link to download, donate etc. Anyone know if I've done something reversible? (I have removed the programme and reinstalled it to no effect, and I also have the 3.5 Framework too). Cheers.

love the app but it keeps coming up unexpected error after an hour of it being open? any ideas on how to fix or when an updated version will be available? thanks

i can't get it to work when i try to pull it up it says "An unexpectred error has occured in facebookIM.exe. select quit and then restart this program, or select details for more indformation. Could not load type 'System.security.cryptography.Safecert StoreHandle' from assembely 'mscorlib, version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=969DB8053D3322AC'. " CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!!

Yea I need 3.5 NetFramework too everyone needs to go to http://download.microsoft.com/download/c/b/e/cbe1c611-7f2f-4bcf-921d-2df718591e1e/NETCFSetupv35.msi and download to you computer then connect your phone then run it from the computer should solve alot of problems with this and other apps

Hi, I have managed to install this on my HTC touch HD and downloaded the 3.5 framework but when I go to sign i to faecbook IM it just keeps saying connection failed. I know I'm connected to the net. Any suggestions anyone?

Its got great potential. But needs a lot of work before it can be called complete. Head to the XDA Dev site if you want to keep up with the latest upadates, its already on version 1.11b. Watch out uses a lot of data though if you don't have unlimited data plans can burn a hole in your pocket. Palringo is another good option for Facebook chat much faster and easy to install no .net required. But needs a reg tweak to get Facebook working. But works flawless if you are looking only for chatting.

hi i just got the toshiba tg01 and the first thi i downloaded was facebook im it worked grate but now it stops at fetching friends people can see im online n start a chat with me but it wont show me who's online dose anyone no how to fix this pls thanks
