The DataController Prevent your data connection (GPRS) to start up.
It lists all GPRS connections, and allows you to disable them so that they won’t be used.
The tool is especially useful when going to another country then the data connection cost a lot during the roaming.

The application requires .Net 3.5 that you can download from Microsoft. or if you want only the cab file, search the net for the NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.cab file.

Strange - suddenly my HD2 manages to get an internet connection despite Data Controller being set to keep it offline. This makes it useless.

A CDMA version of this would be awesome. I don't use data but I have a pay-as-you go data plan. It would be awesome to be able to block all data connection minus that of MMS, which is why I don't have data blocked by VZW.

Very important app. I'm just checking if it can block undesired bill from phone company (e.g. disabling wap when you have wireless free connection. Some companies deviate internet access to paid wap even if you have a free wireless connection). Let see if this app works...
